Buy New Drive

This is the expensive bit. You need a Toshiba 1.8" Hard Drive. They come in either 5mm or 8mm heights. I bought the 60Gb double platter MK6006GAH. This link may work for a list.

You need a Toshiba drive as the fitting in the PMP are for the Toshiba. Hitachi drives are different. The PMP-120 comes with a 5mm drive and a rubber surround for it. However, the 8mm drive will fit, though much of the rubber needs to be discarded to make that happen.
