How else?

I'm truly fed up of Patronising Laminated Signs (PLS) cluttering up my vision around the workplace. Here is an example of such a sign, found in the toilets at my place of work.

Do adult humans really need to be told not to shit on the walls or leave a mess? Are we all so stupid that a laminated sign is necessary? If so, is the second paragraph really necessary? In fact, is it even a paragraph? Perhaps the first could be forgiven, but how else would we imagine that the author of the sign wanted us to leave the facilities?

"Well, I personally expect to find toilets full of graffiti and prostitutes..."
